Skystone Engineering has successfully completed the acquisition of the assets and business of Cathodic Group Ltd.

With this acquisition Skystone will be able to provide a full suite of field services for cathodic protection. These services will complement Skystone's existing technical and assessment services for cathodic protection.

Cathodic Group has provided complete cathodic protection and coating evaluation services throughout Western Canada since 2007. As part of the acquisition, Skystone welcomes Mark Rowsell and Kei Chu to its workforce.
