Skystone is very pleased to announce the acquisition of First Response Emergency Services Ltd., based in Calgary, Alberta. First Response becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of Skystone International LP but will continue to operate as First Response Emergency Services Ltd. under the leadership of Ian Dowsett and Marty Trimble.

“The acquisition of First Response represents a significant step for Skystone in our goal of providing a complete package of pipeline safety management services,” said Rupert Holmes-Smith, President of Skystone.
