Skystone Assists with Saskatchewan Husky Oil Spill Investigation

SASKATCHEWAN HUSKY ENERGY OIL SPILL ASSISTANCE

Skystone is assisting the Saskatchewan Ministry of Economy in their investigation of the Husky Energy pipeline leak into the North Saskatchewan River that occurred on July 21, 2016. Skystone’s technical experts in Pipeline Failure Analysis, Stress Analysis, Leak Detection System review, Emergency Response, and associate experts in Geohazard Assessment are working closely with government experts to review the physical evidence as well as information provided from Husky to determine the root cause of the failure.
